SciClone Python information

There are currently many Python distributions installed on various SciClone sub-clusters. There are also many seperate Python modules separately installed on individual sub-clusters (such the Numpy module). Furthermore, many of the Python distributions contains many of the seperate modules already. For new users, we strongly suggest trying one of the Anaconda distributions they contain many of the widely used modules.

Python distributions on SciClone:

Click on the each sub-cluster link for the list of modules included in each distribution.

Note: Anaconda Python distributions are pre-compiled so a compiler is not listed. For all versions compiled from source, the compiler that was used is listed in parenthesis.
